The Advice Unit (first floor, Devonshire House) is your first port of call for free, impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues, including housing, finance, and academic related matters. You can telephone, email or visit us in the first instance during our opening times. Depending on the nature and complexity of your query we may be able to help you immediately either directly by one of our staff or signposting you to another service where appropriate, or book an appointment. We also offer a free contract checking service during the house-hunting season.
